Privacy & Compliance
TPMO Disclaimer
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048), 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program for information on all of your options.
Not Affiliated with the Government
Heits Benefits Group is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. Government or the federal Medicare program. This website is an advertisement.
How We Use Your Information (TCPA Consent)
When you submit a form on this site, you agree to be contacted about your request by phone, email, or text - including by an automated AI assistant - even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, message/data rates may apply, and you may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, telling any caller to stop, or contacting us directly.
We do not engage in unsolicited cold calling. Every call or text originates from a form you submitted, and every phone number is scrubbed against the National Do-Not-Call Registry before any outbound contact, consistent with our consent-based, opt-in contact model.
What Information We Collect & Where It Goes
Forms on this site collect the information you provide (such as name, email, phone number, and your quiz answers) along with UTM/tracking parameters that tell us which ad or link brought you here. That information is routed via Make.com into our Salesforce CRM so a licensed team member can follow up. If you book a call, our scheduling tool (Calendly) collects the date/time details of your appointment. Calls may be handled or assisted by an AI voice agent (Vapi.ai) as disclosed at the start of any such call.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Scope of Appointment (SOA)
Before any one-on-one meeting where specific Medicare Advantage or Part D plans are discussed, we are required to document a Scope of Appointment confirming what you'd like to discuss. Current CMS rules require this to be documented at least 48 hours before a marketing appointment, with limited walk-in exceptions; this requirement changes for appointments scheduled on or after October 1, 2026. We'll always explain this step when we schedule with you.
Educational vs. Marketing Events
Workshops advertised on this site are educational events only - we do not discuss, recommend, or sell specific insurance plans at these sessions. If you'd like a one-on-one review of specific plan options, that is scheduled separately as a marketing appointment, subject to the Scope of Appointment requirement above.
No Testimonials
Consistent with CMS marketing guidelines, this site does not use testimonials or endorsements.
